Hollis

Privacy

Last updated October 4, 2026.

Hollis is run by Novara LLC, San Francisco, California. This page explains what we collect on hirehollis.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: hollis@novara.social.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

To stop automated abuse, our server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for about 20 minutes, then deletes it. It never stores the address itself. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for up to 30 days.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else. Every email we send lets you unsubscribe.

Legal basis

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or unsubscribing.

Who else handles it

Google stores the waitlist and hosts this site through Firebase, in the United States. If we start using an email service or an AI assistant to send or draft waitlist emails, we will name it on this page before we do.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up until Hollis opens to you, plus 12 months, then delete it. If you become a customer, your account is covered by our customer terms instead. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your choices

Email hollis@novara.social to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. We reply within 30 days. If you are in Europe, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share your personal information.

Children

Hollis is for people building companies. This site is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will email you first.
